For those wishing to have a firm base and want to just turn up and relax then our seasonal pitches are just for you!

All Seasonal Pitches come with a Hard Standing Base with a sink & shower soak away and your own private water tap and 16amp electricity supply.

With the option of a full seasonal pitch the prices are all-inclusive of all of the usual facilities and if you leave your van with us over the closed season as you wish to stay for another year … then we will even store your van over this period free of charge*.

Seasonal Pitch Prices –

Full Season – £2,725
February 15th 2023 to January 31st 2024

Having a seasonal pitch gives you the right to only use the caravan for Leisure use and that immediate Family can use it other than yourselves.

Pitch price includes:

  • Hard standing pitch.
  • Individual water supply.
  • Grey waste soak away.
  • Grass cutting weekly.
  • 2 cars (max.) per pitch.
  • 16 amp electric hook-up.
  • Free use of showers.
  • Free use of hot & cold washing-up facilities.
  • Free awning.
  • Free day visitors.
  • Dogs (free – up to 2 per pitch; must be kept on lead at all times on site.
